Biography - Meet Ed Gongola

ED GONGOLA entered the real estate profession in 1977 in Wheeling, W.Va. He moved to Ft. Myers, FL in 1986 and marketed properties on-site for Swor, Inc Realtors at The Forest Country Club Sales Office. Ed joined the BONITA BAY GROUP in 1991 upon the opening of their Central Sales Office in Bonita Bay. He joined JOHN R. WOOD, REALTORS in 1998 and specializes in the Bonita Bay Group Communities with emphasis on Shadow Wood and Bonita Bay. Ed is a resident of Shadow Wood.

Biography - Meet Walt & Kathleen DeGroft

Bringing another forty-eight years of real estate experience to the Gongola Team, Kathleen teams with husband Walt to achieve client and customer satisfaction in their real estate endeavors. She is very adept at listening closely to her clients' needs and matching them with available properties. Both have excellent negotiating skills and in determining real estate values in a difficult real estate market. Working together they have sold properties in the golfing communities of Shadow Wood, Bonita Bay, Spring Run, and Wildcat Run. They have been residents of Shadow Wood for seven years.
